Kyle and Charley went the extra mile during the home buying experience. They handled everything and even arranged for the home inspection and termite inspection. They were in constant communication and were very engaged in the potential house search. They were very honest and quickly would add valuable insight into potential issues or point out clear high values features of the homes we looked at. They clearly understood our desires for our new home and actively searched for homes that meet that criteria. It was a very good home buying experience! Charley somehow knew what we wanted better than we even did it seemed at times. She found us the perfect house and kept it under our preferred budget while making sure we didn't compromise on literally any of our wants. Charley was dedicated to making sure we were able to find what we needed and went above and beyond what is expected of realtors. She made sure to provide size reference on our zoom walk through so we could make sure they would fit our needs.
